Booking terms
These terms cover quote requests sent through this website and stays at Fenisia Guest House, Via Taranto 10, 73012 Campi Salentina (LE), Italy (CIN IT075011B400068066), rented in full as a holiday let by Camp srl (Via Giovanni Rasori 13, 20145 Milano, Italy).
Request and confirmation
The website lets you send a quote request: it is not a booking, it does not hold the dates and it commits you to nothing. We reply by email or by phone with the price and the terms of your stay. Your booking is confirmed once we tell you so and we have received the deposit stated in the quote, by bank transfer.
Price
The price is the one in the quote we send you after your request: it is for the whole house, up to 11 guests, and include linen, utilities and Wi-Fi. The wellness room is not included and is charged separately if requested.
Payment, security deposit and cancellation
The website does not request or take any payment. The amount of the deposit, when and how the balance is paid, any security deposit and the cancellation terms are set out in the quote and apply once you accept it.
Arrival, departure and stay
- Check-in from 2 pm to 8 pm, check-out by 10 am. Arrivals outside these hours must be agreed in advance.
- On arrival we need identity documents for all guests, for the mandatory registration with the Italian police.
- The number of guests may not exceed the number booked or the maximum of 11. Pets are not allowed. Parties, events and stag or hen parties are not allowed. The house is in the village centre: please keep quiet between 10 pm and 9 am.
- The pool and the wellness room are unsupervised: guests use them at their own risk and children must always be accompanied.
Third-party services
Cooking classes, home restaurant dinners, transfers, taxis and car rental are offered by independent local professionals. On request we give you their contact: programme, price and payment are agreed directly with them. We do not organise them, are not responsible for them and receive no commission.
Cancellation by us
If, due to force majeure or a calendar error, we are unable to host you, we refund everything you paid in full and, where possible, help you find alternative accommodation.
Governing law
Italian law applies, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
